Eden can go toe-to-toe on drink quality with any of the finest cocktail bars in town, but for now at least, its singular strength lies in its laid-back feel. Their business hours are generous. There's no loud music. There's rarely a line to be seated, and it's not too dark to see. Put plainly, it's not pretentious. It could be your neighborhood bar, if your neighborhood bar had a New York trained head cocktailian, of course. It is always my pleasure to catch David evenings he is on shift. ”
